Please keep the following state regulations in mind:

• Florida Residents: There is a mandatory 3-day waiting period from the day the clerk issues the license before your ceremony can legally take place (this wait time is only waived if you complete a court certified 4-hour premarital preparation course).
• Out-of-State Residents: There is no waiting period for non-residents; you can pick up your license and get married at our suite on the exact same day.
• Expiration: Your marriage license is valid for exactly 60 days from the date of issuance.

Can we get dressed or finish our hair and makeup at the suite?

To ensure that your 1-hour time block is completely maximized for professional wedding photography and celebration, the wedding couple and all 10 guests must arrive completely dressed, styled, and camera-ready. The Delray Wedding Suite does not feature private bridal changing rooms or styling stations. Is the 10-guest limit strict? What if we have 12 or 13 guests?

Yes. Our intimate civil ceremony alternative is strictly capped at a maximum of 10 guests plus the couple getting married. This is a rigid limitation dictated by local building and safety codes. To protect the integrity of your event and comply with local regulations, we cannot make exceptions to this rule. Please ensure your guest count strictly respects this limit so your celebration flows smoothly and without disruption.

Can we bring outside catering, alcohol, or extra finger foods?

Your options depend entirely on the package tier you select:

• The Pop-Up Celebration ($699): Outside food, beverages, and coolers are strictly prohibited. Because this is a streamlined, highly optimized 1-hour event, your time is fully dedicated to the ceremony, family portraits, and the curated champagne/cider toast we provide.
• The Signature Custom Date ($899): If you choose our flexible custom option, you can extend your venue time slot for an additional fee. What is your retainer and refund policy if we need to change our plans?

To officially reserve your time slot and secure the dedicated services of our professional officiant and photography team, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding day.

Because we operate under a highly limited “One-at-a-Time” release schedule for our $699 Pop-Up Celebration and completely block out our calendar to turn away other couples for your approved $899 Signature Custom Date, all retainers are strictly non-refundable.
